Hi
I didn't have any connection between last Sunday and this morning (12/09-15/09) with my cable.
I tried to reach out to the support service but got stuck with the bot which is very unhelpful for customers who can't speak german.
I would like to make an official complain and get compensations for the damages caused by not having any connection for two working days (in a time where everyone is working from home I would expect at least to be able to get proper information!).
What is the procedure to submit a complain as I can't find any information on our website except talking to an unfriendly bot?
