My cable internet is not working since morning. Is someone also facing the same issue? I tried to use the troubleshooting wizard but it says the problem will be fixed the day after tomorrow. Is this normal? I mean you can't provide such a pathetic service where you don't provide service on holidays. This is the second time i am unable to attend my meetings because of Vodafone. They should have someone for "on call duty" so that customers don't have to wait for days.
