No Internet Connection since yesterday

Hello! Apologies for posting in English, my German isn't quite up to par yet. 

 

Since yesterday, my internet has been malfunctioning. I am able to connect to wifi, but there is no internet connection. Also, the Phone LED on my Vodafone Router flashes red, but the rest (internet, Wifi, and Power) are all white. I have tried restarting and also reseting my router. I have tried contacting the customer service line, but with my limited German they also asked me to post online. 

 

Is there a distruption or is it possible to get some assistance? Thank you!

 

  • In which state do you live? Bavaria - 90403
  • What contract do you have? Not sure, as my landlord provides the internet service. 
  • Which modem/ router are you using? Vodafone Router - CGA4233DE
  • Do you use a rental device from us or do you have your own device ? Rental
  • Which error occurs? (Speed ​​too low; packet loss) - No internet connection, even though lights are indicated as white. Occasionally flickers to red on the Internet LED.
  • How is your device connected to the modem ? ( LAN; WLAN; additional router; PowerLAN ) - WLAN
  • Which browser do you usually use? (e.g. Firefox) - Chrome
  • Which operating system do you have on your computer? (e.g. Windows) - MacOS
  • Start and period of the disruption  (e.g.: since the beginning of April; only in the evening) - Feb 19th, all day and also today.
