Hello!
I need a help, please. TOBi doesn't seem to be able to handle this. Phone support specialists don't speak English, while my German is too bad to understand them. I'm kinda desperate already.
I'm a new customer of Vodafone with DSL Internet. I received my router and am trying to install it. I connected the data cable to the socket, but the Internet LED keeps blinking red for hours. How can I fix this?

Since August 15th, 2022 there is no more individual support here in the forum. Support in English is available via WhatsApp

Seems like they are trying really hard to convince people to go to telekom (may be intentionally). I am also without internet since morning. Couldn't attend my meetings. And now I checked the troubleshooting wizard and it says I will be out of Internet till the day after tomorrow. Probably, they don't have someone for on-call duty. They are really unprofessional and doesn't care what the customers are going through. I was charged by my cell network provider as I used more Internet than allowed just because I have to attend video calls for office. And same thing will happen this month again as I will be use all my cell data till tomorrow just because Vodafone is not fixing my cable internet
