I am a new customer who just bought a cable internet connection.
I did the setup but the network is not visible in my laptop or mobile.
Intermittently it appears and when try to connect it fails. and the network gets hidden again.
Tried WPS button as well, same result. network is not visible.
my previous tenant has been using vodafone and he had no issues. I'm assuming something is wrong with the router.
Can anyone help. Because I need to return this with in 14 days if not working properly.
