Hello,

 

I have a Cable contract and this was specifically secured as a viable option for Home Office.
Now the service is completely hampered since the last 4 days and this is not ideal for a person with Home contract.  I have a ticket open and there is no movement since Friday and my work is severely affected.
I believe its not ideal to keep the customer guessing for an update. I would be happy to welcome a quick resolution and allow the data to be provided on my mobile instead so that it allows me to continue my Home office, while you take your time to fix the issue.
