About cable internet , I am extremely dissapointed with vodafone station box, I am an old cutomer and have a cable net of 50 MB but there is alot of disruption, I have no clue I dont speak duetch and help centre dont speak english, I cant convey my problem, has a huge stress

As the contractual language is German, also the sole support language is German.
If your level of proficiency in German is not high enough, you will therefor need a translator on your own expenses.
