Works fine from mobile network but not on DSL / WIFI from Vodafone Kable. Please help.

yes internally no one is facing this problem. I am working from home and everyhiting was working fine no issues for last 8/9 months. When I connect on mobile data everything works fine, it does not work via WIFI/DSL.

are there any restrictions with other services through our line and only with My Webex? If it is only this service, please consult with the responsible department. We can not check your software for errors.

This is not a software error. Software works perfectly fine without Vodafone wifi. on O2 wifi it works flawless. Its only on Vodafone it does not work. I am myself a software engineer so i very well know whom to contact with what issue. Kindly provide a service person whom I can prove it is something related to vodafone network and not related to any software.
JFYI:
I am not on any VPN or internal nework I am in home network.
