My 1Gb internet router/modem is not working. It's only the WiFi LED on when I plug it, the whole other LEDs like internet and phone status are off.
The last time I had a lot of internet disruption, so I turned it off (unplugged) and on again, and it didn't work, after several tries, I pressed the reset button on the back and didn't help. It feels it's like a hardware issue.
It's been several days I'm calling Vodafone hotline but I can't find an English speaker support, they just hang up on me!
Does anyone know where I can get support in English? Any phone number (I almost tried all numbers on the internet)? Any customer service in Frankfurt?
