Hallo All,
I have just signed a new contract and switch my old 250MBit/s to 1000MBit/s Cabelmax Kabel-internet service. I got the Fritzbox6591 and the internet speed is so.....slow as picture showing below... even much slower than previous. (posting this Forum posts take me 20 mins........)
anybody knows or met this problem?
my Postleizahl 64546 in Hessen.

The Fritzbox is not provisioned. Until the tariff is activated, use the previous cable router until it no longer works, or call customer service and have it activated ahead of time. However, the hotline only works in German.

Hello Torsten,
thx a lot. but i think I already called Customer Service and activated the new Router/Internet service. Porbably it still doesn't work? until the Tariff actually deducted from my bank account? (now I have to use my previous one 😞 )
