Kabel internet not working since morning, cannot reach the customer service to get replacement Data with AlwaysOn-Garantie.
This is really frustrating, because the internet is cut off completely every couple of weeks for days. And it's been going on for months. And every time I have to spend hours on the phone trying to reach customer service to get data with AlwaysOn-Garantie.
It should be automatically added to my account whenever the internet is gone. I hope someone from Vodafone sees this and finds a solution to this. This is hindering work and educating and basic daily life tasks: We are in 2024! Internet is a basic need for modern life! Unbelievable...

There is no more individual support here in the forum. Support in English is available via WhatsApp
