Hello and apologies in advance for posting in English.
After changing residences and moving my Kabel contract, my Internet worked for a couple of days and then got completely lost. My router is blinking constantly ever since, and I followed the guidelines (remove power, wait 3 mins etc. etc.) several times to no avail. I even tried using another cabel socket in my apartment.
Since I lack the basic German language skills to reason with the Service Center, I wanted to try my luck here, before trying to find a bilingual German friend to help me out.
