New customer, received my router on wednesday, got it working that night, yesterday I unplugged the coaxial cable to rearrange the router, plugged it back in and now I have no internet. It's been almost 24hrs with nothing. I have reset the router, unplugged it for 10 seconds, checked for outages, checked and rechecked the cable. Nothing. I have no clue what could be happening. Please assist

Since August 15th, 2022 there is no more individual support here in the forum. Support in English is available via WhatsApp
