Internet service not working all of sudden

Dear Team,

My internet service stopped working all of sudden, it has been more than 3 hours and it is not rectified yet.

My postal code 69126. I tried reaching the customer service but waiting for one hour it did auto disconnect.
with Work from Home, internet is the main source. please help us here.

Since August 15th, 2022 there is no more individual support here in the forum. Support in English is available via WhatsApp
