Internet outage multiple times throughout the day

Hi,

I'm on the 1000 Cable tariff, and recently starting around 1 week ago, I have been having constant outages with my internet sometimes it will fix itself in few minutes and other times it will take ~30 minutes (even with restarting the router). It's slowly becoming unusable. I see a few people have been having issues with the signal values recently, could anyone tell me if mine are OK?

You have a return path interference. The source of the interference must first be found and eliminated. This can take some time.
