Hello,
I received my modem on friday. From that day severally I called vodafone hotline and went to vodafone shop but there is no solution. we are working remotely from home and internet connection is really so important for us. Can you please help??

But since these were now available, I could look at the facts.
I see that an appointment has been made for 17.06.2022 so that the connection can be installed.
