Internet is continuosly disconnecting

Hello:

My cable internet connection is failing almost every day within the last month. I work from home so this is a big issue for me. This morning I have missed a complete meeting because of the internet connection, THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!.

I have the Office Internet & Phone 200 service. I know this is not the correct forum to post this issue, but it is quite diffictult contacting with the phone  number they gave to me, and when I finally get someone speaking, they only speak german so I cannot explain my problem. I have also tried the email, but I have never got and answer.

For the business service it seems to be a ticketing system that could be very convenient (here https://business-service-portal.vodafone.de/easyticket/auth/login). But I have not been able to login. I have read that it should be enough with Kundennummer and Rechnungskonto Nr that are found in my invoice. I have tried with the Kundennummer  in my invoice and the Rechnungsnummer (below) but it is not working. I have also tried with a lot of different numbers in my invoice or welcome letter (Unity Media) but non of them are working!!!!

Please, I need access to this ticket system to explain my connection problems to someone!!!
