Hello,
It has been very difficult for me with the internet connection being slow since last month. I have subscribed to the 500Mbps option with the Vodafone station for more than a year now, but since last month (Mar'22) the connecting has been terrible throughout the day. I only get a speed of about 30-40Mbps during working hours. Would you be kind to assist me with the issue? I have attached a screenshot of the speed test from Vodafone (between March and April) with this query.
I had never been able to get the highest speed of 500Mbps since I had subscribed (the typical speed was only between 250-300Mbps in regular times) and I never complained. But now, having a speed of less than 100Mbps is unacceptable. I request you to please look into this issue and guide me to a solution. Thank you.

which router do you use and in which state do you live?
Are your devices connected to the cable router via LAN or W-LAN?

I use the Vodafone station as my router and the device where I conducted the speed test (my laptop) is connected by WiFi.

the line is completely clean. Can you please disable band steering from the router, assign separate SSIDs and then test both networks separately?

As recommended, I have disabled band steering and made two SSIDs.
Please find the results of the speed test made between 20 Apr and 21 Apr below. I have run the test being connected to both the SSID separately and in no case I was able to obtain the 500Mbps that I have subscribed to. In fact, I had never achieved a speed of 500Mbps until now since 2020. Could this be something to do with the Vodafone station? Thanks for your time.

that is not quite so easy to answer.
How many networks do you generally get displayed on your devices?
Of course, it would be perfect if you could perform a speed test via LAN.
