Hi, there is a major disruption in my area for 6 days already. I've opened a ticket for that (***) but haven't gotten any updates ever since. Internet is crucial for me to be able to work and therefore I would like to know if the ticket can be prioritized, escalated or even if there is an estimation to fix. Thank you

I'm sorry that your connection has been down for so long. Unfortunately, we do not have access to the data at this point, if the problem still exists.
If it is very complex and should remain in writing, feel free to use our service channels on Twitter or Facebook. There we can take a closer look at the tickets and check this in detail. Feel free to refer to the post there.
