hi team,
Every day the internet (cable) is down many times a day (sometimes every 30 mins) and is very unstable. I am unable to get a solution from Vodafone for my problem. can you pl help me.

I received an sms that the techinician would visit today. I hope he is able to identify the root cause and fix it. Will ping once he fixes and i monitor thr connecion for few days

I just got a message from Vodafone that the technician comes tomorrow and not today. i have been waiting all day and i get this message. This is really annoying 😒

Still the issue is not resolved. The internet goes down randomly everyday. Can you pl let me know what could be next step- is there a escalation procedure at vodafone?

Hi Moni, yes, there is an appointment for tomorrow. However, I came to know that a technician had already come during last weeks and identified that a cable in the street is broken and should be replaced. My ticket was closed without him replacing the cable and therefore i got another ticket created. I see that a new technician visit is scheduled again. But if the root cause identified by the previous technician was fixed, the problem should be resolved. Not sure why it was not done. I am afraid now that the new technician comes and goes and closes the ticket again without actually resolving /fixing the issue.

Hi, again nobody reached out to me or turn up at my home to check the issue. Did not get any message or info on what was done. I hope the ticket does not get closed again without resolution. Kindly help.

we sent automatic text messsages on July 18th and 19th to the mobile number that ends on 650. Didn't you get them? There is an appointment for the technician for this evening between 4p.m. and 8 p.m.
