Hello,
For a couple of days now I´ve been having lots of trouble with internet access in a pc and a phone. Wifi connection is good but with no access to internet. This have been happening for a while a couple of times per day, but the last to days is constantly, only being able to stay connected for periods of a few seconds. After which, it I disconnect and reconnect wifi, it ussualy restaures the access but again only for a few minutes.
This only happens in one of two PCs, and in one of two smartphones.
It is very important to solve this issue asap as I use internet to work.

Hey @tlapido,
I can gladly take a look at the connection. Can you send me your customer data (customer number, name, address and date of birth of the contract holder) via private message?
Then please let me know in the post when you have sent me the data.

thanks for the data,- i checked your connection at it looks actually fine, their are some timeouts, but bascily its okay.
So, you actually got that problem just in wifi, or both? Like wifi and ethernet?

The problem exists both trough wifi of ethernet. But it only happens in one pc out of two and in one mobile out of two.
I thought the problem might be the devices but I connected them to other servers with no inconvenience at all.
The problem started happening only a couple of times a day, and it kept getting worse, till it's almost impossible to stay connected for more than a minute.

have you ever restarted the router or done a factory reset?
