Internet LED on router is continuously blinking red and no internet

Hello

The internet led on my Kabel router is continuously blinking red and there's no internet.

I have disconnected the router for few minutes and connected again but it didn't help. 

Since I work from home, internet is a necessity.

Appreciate any help. 🙂

sorry to hear that the connection is down again 😞 I have opened a ticket for a technician accordingly. So far we are not aware of any other reports. The technicians will contact you by phone.

It was not working throughout yesterday and night but now it is working again!
