Internet LED keep on RED in router as new installing

Hi I just ***ed to Frankfurt and did a contract for Vodafone GigaZuhause 1000 Kabel . Today i.e. 10.12.2022,  I receuved the Router and when plugged in it is constantly RED blinking in the internet LED. WiFi led is stable but alwasy bloinking RED in the inetrnet and can not use any internet . I tried to call customer care but not getting any response . Please can you help here urgently .

Please can you help here as without internet I can not even work and I tried to connet vodafone service in facebook . they said they activated installation manual and evebn that after 12 hours the issue has not be resolved yet. Please any moderator can help here urgently .

Many thanks for the response but I already tried in facebook . Based on their response they mentioned to keep the Vodafone router connected and they will do needful. But unfortunately even after 24 hours I kept my vodafone router ON and all cable connected, still the internet is blinking RED and I do not have any internet access .

Is there any moderator here can help urgently please .
