Dear Vodafone Kabel Internet:
I changed my old DSL contract (Kundenummer *** - Contract: *** / Cancellation date: June 10, 2021) for a Kabel Internet Contract in May 25 (Kundenummer ***- Contract ***). However, the internet signal from the Kabel Internet contract was intermitent, so I asked for a Technician to come to solve this problem. The technician, came and he mentioned that the structure of the building is so old, and it is a problem from the cabling of all the building which needs to be changed. Unfortunately this cannot be done, as my Landlady didnt agree with that. So, he advised I go back again to DSL for more stable signal. So this is what I did, I called Vodafone and they offered me a new DSL contract (with a voice recording) and that the Kabel contract was going to be cancell automatically. Some days after I called Vodafone as I didnt receive any "Bestatigung" of the new DSL contract. To my surprise, they told me that "no new contract" was signed and that Kabel Internet was still ongoing.
As I am in urgency (because I am doing homeoffice), I went ahead and asked for a new DSL contract online (to be installed in July 2nd) but now I call Kabel Internet and they say that it is not possible to cancel the Kabel contract. As you may understand, I dont accept to have two simultaneous internet contracts and also I dont accept all the charges coming from the Kabel Internet contract ( which includes 70 euros for installation costs, see invoice attached).
I kindly ask your support here, I want to cancel the Kabel Internet contract and that you disregard all the costs associated to this service.
EDIT: Please don't post personal data public. Kind regards Marco
