My internet is really unstable, I've got an Red Internet & Phone 1000 contract with Vodafone, but ever since I got the router delivered, my internet is unusable. I'm having problems with slow speeds, ping spikes, packet loss, and router randomly losing connection for 5-10 minutes every couple hours. I tried to reach helpline, but I was told they can only speak German, and mine is not good enough to understand, so I was told to write here.

I see two tickets in the system. The error is a return path interferer. Therefore switching to IPv4 will not help. This is also now only done in business contracts.

Exactly the same thing happened again, I tested connection with different devices with ethernet or wifi, still getting ping spikes, packet losses, internet dropping connection couple times a day, etc its ridiculous keep opening tickets without actually fixing the connection, cant properly utilise my internet since i got it installed

the error must be found. Therefore we only have the possibility to post new tickets here.
However, currently the line values are completely out of the norm. Has something been changed in the wiring?

I didn't change anything, I have no idea what is causing an issue, maybe technician is required so see what is going on.

the error is not directly with you at the connection. A technician can therefore not solve the problem on site.

In the previous question you asked me if I changed anything in wiring, so it sounded like it may be a physical problem. What can you offer me to resolve the issue once and for all? Because clearly creating new tickets doesnt do anything
