Home Office - Internet speed drops to 20 Mbps - Connecting to Office VPN

Hi, Am using "Red Internet & Phone 100 Cable" plan. When connected to my office laptop with out VPN i get a speed of 80Mbps to 100Mbps, but as soon as i activate my office VPN (to connect to office) my internet speed drops to 10 to 30Mbps, worst case it connect even at single diggent (ie 1Mbps to 3Mbps). What seems to be the problem. Am using the Vodafone Station & connecting via WLAN (usually) also tried LAN but result seems to be the same.

Any lead would help.

so without the VPN the connection is OK?

Have you asked your company's IT department to check the connection?

Yes Moni, without connecting to vpn internet connect seems to be fine. I raised the concern first with my office networking team. Inital feedback is to reinstall the vpn app they didnt manage to spot out the issue yet.

Since it runs without the VPN, I suspect the error is more likely in the company network.

Please have it checked again.
