I switched to GigaZuhause250 Kabel on November 29th 2022 and the WIFI on the router shows on but it constantly disconnects and reconnects when I try to access internet on my laptop and phone.
A technician came today and fixed the Dämpfe that connects the white cable to the router but I still have problems with WIFI. It affects my work from home and is extremely frustrating that I am tied to my ethernet cable.
Can someone give some help? The phone calls take forever to reach. Cheers.
