Hi Team,
In the recent times there has been frequent disconnections in my Internet. Its not just the WiFi but also the lan connectivity.
It occurred today at 20.35 and still ongoing. I can see that the Internet light on the router is blinking red. This happens often...
Kindly check on this as it is not good for home office situation.

the internet disconnection issue still remains. and even today i raised a ticket for the same as there is no interent from today morning.
Can you please confirm when i can expect the issue to be resolved ? You had earlier comunicated that the issue would be resolved by January 2022.
Also please confirm if discount given to me would continue till date or was it only for the last year ?

The ticket says it will be within the third quarter this year

As the discontinued included Jan 2022, can you please check why there was a deduction from my bank account in 11-Jan for 39.99 Euros by Vodafone kabel.

Hello Team,
The internet disconnection in between is still happening, when can i expect it the issue to be resolved.
I was given credit for this issue so i would like to know until when is the credit given, and from which month will i have to pay my bills regularly ?
Additonally i would like to know if i upgrade my plan to 1000 GB will the issue still remain ? Also if i upgrade what would be my monthly charges ?

Over the past 1+ month there have been very frequent disconnections in my internet. Even today starting from 13:00 to till now there have been multiple times when I lost connectivity. Though the diaconnection time is very short it interrupts my office work or Microsoft Teams meetings very badly.
Can you please have a check on this issue as its been ongoing from a very long time Even though you said that the issue was resolved from you end.
In case the issue can't be resolved in the next 1-2 weeks, please let me know as I would then need to take another connection for my office work.
