English Help Please: No internet

Hello 

Can you please help in English. 

My internet is not connecting and when I tried to do a diagnostic on Vodafone website it said something like "return part disturbance" and that it would be restored on 8th Sep 2022 (today is 6th). The hotline is only in German. 
Last time (6 months back) I had a similar problem and it too me endless calls and messages and I got my internet restored after 4-5 days, which was terrible service by Vodafone.

Hello 

Can someone please help look at this!!!
I work from home and this is causing major issues for me? 
I have tried everything the network diagnostic has suggested i.e. unplugged the device for 3 min plugged it back in. But the internet is either not working or not stable it disconnects after every 30 seconds. Now the Phone light has turned Red.

Since we work from home this is a big disruption I have a Vodafone station router and 1000gig connection. Last time this problem happened I was not able to work for 4 days. PLEASE ASSIST!!!
