[ENGLISH] New to Vodafone, "Internet" red light blinking, need a technician, THX!

I bought Red Internet & Phone Cable Max last week, and I received my router 2 days ago.

I followed the instructions to install it, but the Internet red line keeps flashing with no internet.

I tried to find customer service, but since I can't speak German, it's impossible for me to use the hotline.

I also tried to get help with an email or Whatsapp, but I could't get access, and I found nowhere to make an appointment with a technician.

I looked through all of the similar questions in the community, but there seems to be no solution but waiting for a kind staff who could nicely ask me to offer my customer details.

I have prepaired all of the info, so now I'm waiting well for an angel staff. I really appreciate it if someone could give me a hand.
