Hello,
I'm learning German, but don't speak well enough for customer service, which is why I'm writing here. I have vodafone internet and work from home, teaching. Every day around 10:30AM-2:00PM, and again from 4PM-7PM, my internet stops working. The router requires resetting. This happens while I'm teaching or just before I teach, so I have to teach on my data.
After the router resets, the internet is fine. The speed tests are linked below: (two tests in the farthest area of my home, one test next to the router):

Why is the internet stopping multiple times per day? Why does the router have to be rest all the time?
