Since Thursday 21.07.20222 I have no connection at all at my house. I even can't find my router/ wifi connection. I called the customer service line, went to the shop, finally got a customer care lady to pick up who was very nice but told me the technical team will call me in 2 days.
So, I am approaching a week without internet and my ticket says there is a disturbance and ni need to send a technician and that they are working on it. But how much longer, this is very incovenient, a WEEK, really?
No call from the technical team and no update on the ticket status.
This just makes life miserable.
All my beighbors have no such problem. How much longer?

Please send me the name of the contract holder, their date of birth, full address and customer number via PN.
After that, please leave a short info here and I'll be happy to take a look.
