I have recently switched to the Vodafone 1000 Cable Max plan. Since the change, I have been facing severe issues while trying to connect to my employer's network using a VPN. My previous internet connection did not present any such challenges.

Did you receive a new router when you switched to our CableMax? What exactly do you see when you try to connect with VPN?

Thank you for reaching out and for your concern. I wanted to update you that the issue has been resolved by my employer's technical team.
The problem was caused by an outdated configuration on our router. I truly appreciate your support and quick response during this time.
