I am facing a issue to raise a simple support request to get my internet connection up and running. From Vodafone App, to website (troubleshoot game) and phone calls (mostly German with 2 words call back), no where there is option to raise a service request to resolve this issue.
Vodafone confidence on not providing option to report distruption, showing their confidence on network. But sadly I spent lot of my time due to this disconnection since 04th July afternoon and searching for a correct way to connect with Vodafone support.
