Hello dear Vodafone support,

unfortunately it has not been possible to connect to the Internet for 3 days. According to the status of the Vodafone station, Docsis is offline. All cable connections have been checked and the router has restarted. Electricity is available in the corridor. Unfortunately, I have to rely on an internet connection because of my home office.

 

For completeness:

 

  • In which state do you live? 76137 Karlsruhe, Baden-Württemberg,
  • What contract do you have? Red Internet & Phone 50 Cable
  • Which modem/router are you using? Vodafone Station
  • What error occurs? Docsis is offline. No internet connection possible.
  • How is your device connected to the modem? Wi-Fi
  • What browser do you usually use? Edge
  • What operating system do you have on your computer? Windows 10
  • Onset and period of disruption. 2 tage
