Hello,
My cable internet connection is very unstable, and neighbors recommended switching to DSL. Is it possible to upgrade my contract from Kabel to DSL? I signed a contract for 24 months starting from 01.02.2022, and I really can wait till the end, cause the current internet connection is not allowing me to work from home. I already tried all technical support solutions without any luck.

a change from cable to DSL is not actually planned.
Have you already reported this problem to the fault hotline? If not, please do so and have a ticket recorded for you.
Alternatively, you can also use our network assistant. With it, you can narrow down the problem and maybe even solve it yourself.
