Dear Sir/Madam,
I have been experiencing persistent internet disruptions for nearly six months. Despite rebooting the router and even replacing the device, the issue remains unresolved.
In light of these ongoing problems, I kindly request compensation for the affected months and wish to terminate my contract with Vodafone.
For your reference, please find below an example of an event log message related to the disruptions:
