Hello,
I recently moved to a new apartment in Berlin. Although I used the vodafone moving service to inform the move, my internet is not working in the new place. I have tried everything from restarting the router to factory resetting the router - nothing has worked so far. It just working for an hour (while I plugged it in and tried it on the first time) after that the internet speed never crosses 25kbs. Its a horrible speed considering I pay for 250mbps vodafone cable.
PS: also, after the move I got a new customer number via email from Vodafone, with which when I try to register on the Vodafone website - it says the new customer number is invalid. Can you please check on your side what is going wrong here?

did you move to Berlin from another city? I like to see where exactly it hangs.
Please send me the following data via private message:
- Customer number
- Name
- Date of birth
- address
- E-mail address.
