Good day,
I started an internet cable contract in Flinstbach, Bayern, Germany, but the router doesnt connect to internet after installation and using the activation code in the letter I received (Power/Cable light flashing green without change). I have followed all online troubleshooting with no success and kindly request assistance.

there is no official support in the community since half a year or something like that.
so u will have 2 contact the support otherwise.
if connected correctly, a technician has 2 come 2 your house!
the router has no signal
