Activation problem

Forgive me wirting in English but I am all out of options. I have recently arrived in Germany and had my cable router sent to me and connected to cable internet. However my internet has not been activated. I am unable to speak to customer service to resolve the problem as I do not speak German (yet). Is there any way I can find help from an English speaking customer serivce agent on this forum??

I would be happy to help you. First of all, please tell me whether you want to use cable or DSL internet and which federal state you come from.
