We are facing lot of issues with the Fritzbox 6000 router, as everyday we observe that suddenly the router stops transmitting both 5Ghz and 2.4 Ghz signals, and hence we lose the internet access.
We had tried to connect with the Customer Service team via both E-mail and phone contact numbers but no resolution so far. The Customer Service suggested us to wait for sometime for any technician to contact us but no calls received since last 2-3 days.
The service is degraded so please fix it quickly, Looking forward for earliest resolution please.
