Not avaiable internet - DOCSIS offline

First of all, I'm afraid that couldn't speak German language because I'm foreigner who living in Bad Soden(ZIP 65812)

Today, I followed guide line and installed rauter without any problem. 

Unfortunately there is no internet connection. this maybe due to DOCSIS offline signal as attached.

Internet/WIFI/Power signal always shows white light without blinking.

I suspected the DSL would be root-cause in this problem.

could you please check my status and let me know how to solve this problem?

• How  is your device connected to the modem ? : LAN/WLAN 
• Which browser do you normally use?  : Chrome  
  
• Which operating system do you have on your computer?  : Windows 10  
  
• Start  and period of disruption  : since 21st June (Continually)

perform a factory reset:  press and hold reset for 20 seconds
