I have been facing problems with Internet connection for two weeks now. I have a contract with Wlan Hotspot Flat and I am not able to see the router anymore, or sometimes it finds it but an can't obtain the IP address error shows up. I have tried several times to contact the customer support, and no luck at all, last call with them I had an arranged appointment after they heard the problem, they hanged up the phone without even letting me know.
