No Internet since 3 days

I have DSL connection. Since 3 days the internet connection stopped working.

We informed Vodafone, tried assistant instructions without success. Today the technician from Telekom visited to check the connection.

He verified that the connection is ok at wall socket. The cable from wall socket to router is ok as well.

The conclusion, router seems faulty as even without connecting the cable, all the lights (internet, WLAN and Telephone) are GREEN.

He entered all in his report in the app on mobile, which is yet to be received by Vodafone 😞
