Hi,
We are moving to a new apartment in the same city, however there is no DSL socket in the apartment.
We have already made a request to move the DSL connection to the new place as we have verified that it is available.
Note that we are not allowed by contract to modify anything in the apartment.
I have called support and they mentioned that I should only do the request from MeinVodafone, but I did not find any link pointing to this exact information.
What are our options?

i'm sorry that you didn't got the right information. 😞
In the event of a subsequent move, we usually send a Telekom technician. He'll also set the telephone socket for you. Do you know where the phone line comes from the wall?
You can make the order via MeinVodafone if you have added the DSL contract beforehand. If not you can add it with the online registration code. You got it via mail.

Hello,
Thank you for your response, we actually made a termin via MeinVodafone ARC01xxxxx5 but there are no other means of messaging or communicating with Telecom through this registration.
The Ask us to confirm the appointmnet but, we are not allowed to drill holes, or add cables by contract. The apartment does not have any landlines connected to it. only Power and TV cable whch runs through the owner's path and cannot be sepparated as he already have a TV provider.
Question: can the current contract with Vodafone be terminated in this situation or is there a workaround that does not involve additional payments?

Hey Angela,
thank you for explaining. I have already seen that the order is in the system. Telekom has refused the order and has not yet given us any final feedback.
Please send me a private message with your customer number, name, adress and date of birth. I'll check if I can make an early cancellation. I think this would be the best solution when there is no cable, right?
