I can not activate my DSL

Hi there,
I cannot activate my DSL from the web page 192.168.2.1, as stated in the guide. Telekom technician was here today and confirmed that everything is set up correctly, and I should be able to activate my internet. However, despite my efforts, I still can't activate my DSL.  The internet light is flashing green. This is extremely frustrating.
