Dear Customer Support since then the last 10 days i have unpleasant experience with my internet service. upload/connection speed , the connection is working perfectly but from 09:00 AM till the evening the internet connection is very unstable this is happening the last 10days i am a vodafone customer the last 4+ years i never had experience such a problem till i upgraded tarife/change router.

Did you do 3 speed checks at different times ? Yes
How long has the problem existed? 10days
Has the connection already worked? yes

Which operating system: windows 10 home x64
Start and period of the disturbance : Since i upgraded tarriff and vodafone gave me new router device the beginning of january it starts from 9-10 am till late evening but i don't think is the new router cuz at night the internet is perfect.
In which state do you live Bielefeld 33602
What is the error ? upload speed -80% / Download speed may say's is 100 but when i try to watch a stream or netflix etc is lagging all the time/ Ping/Jitters / Packet loss unplayable online gaming / using video calls etc.

Yesterday at 15:00 my internet went down for about 5-10 minutes and when it came back it was perfect my upload was back and everything was great i thought u guys fix it. but today same problem packet loss/ jitter / slow upload 😞

Habe das gleiche Problem, ebenfalls in 33602 und seit November circa.
Bin inzwischen sogar von der einen Seite der PLZ auf die andere gezogen, jedoch blieben die Probleme bestehen.
Mir wurde als mögliche Lösung auf das Problem von dem Kundensupport empfohlen von meinem alten 100mbit/s Vertrag für 14€ auf 250down/40up zu wechseln und ebenfalls die Vodafone Station zu nutzen.
Ich dachte mir fast dass dies nichts bringen wird, habe mich aber dennoch darauf eingelassen, da ich jeden Abend online zocke und es mir viel bedeutet. Bin ebenfalls als Netzwerkadmin tätig und verstehe ein wenig von der Materie. Alles meinerseits Mögliche habe ich unternommen. Sei es der Test mit anderen Geräten, Netzwerkkarten, Kabeln oder Software. Da ich erst vor einer Woche umgezogen bin und dieser für mich letzte Weg nicht erfolgreich war, habe ich mal mit PingPlotter nachgeschaut und siehe da es gibt diversen Packet loss. Beispielsweise vier IPs von google.com mit jeweils über 50% Verlust.
Da ich, selbst als ruhiger Mensch (man beachte die Problemdauer), so langsam fuchsteufelswild werde und mir zusätzlich vom bisherigen Service Team (zumindest als Privatperson) *schlecht beraten* vorkomme, bitte ich darum, dass mir schnell geholfen wird.
Ich habe keine Muße mehr mich jeden Feierabend mit diesen Problemen zu beschäftigen. Dafür ist mir meine Zeit und mein monatlich an euch gezahltes Geld zu teuer.
Welche Infos benötigt ihr nun final von mir um wirklich zu helfen?

Hi All,
I upgraded to Cablemax1000 and after that my internet has become very slow and unstable. I have been trying to connect to support line for last 1 month but I am not been sucessful. The customer service representitive keeps assigning to different departments when I ask for English support. I have done the Router restart, factory reset and channel changes but no luck. The speed keeps fluctuating (sometime 300 MBPS and next movement it drops to 10 MBPs ). The bigger problem is the packet loss which is affectimg my and my wife's day to day work. This is happening on both LAN as well as Wifi.
When the upgrade happned the lady on phone (who spoke very good english) had said she will send new router with WiFi 6 but I havnt recieved any yet.
I am regretting for upgrading to 1000MBPs plan as this has badly affected my day to day work
