Hi,
Today a technician came to my apartment to install DSL. Unfortunately, after he left, we couldn't activate the EasyBox. I've reseted it multiple times but nothing works. It keeps giving the message 'The activation of your EasyBox in progress. Please do not turn off the device' And it stucks in this message for hours.
I called the customer service, they said everything is ok from their side and they guided me to another number for installation however unfortunately they are not able to support me in English. That's why I don't know what to do and I am totally blocked in here, any help would be appreciated!!

Hey akaydicle,
hm... this looks like the router does not get a proper dsl signal , so its unable to contact the configuration server.
It may take till 17 o'clock on the activation date, till your login credentials work.
I feel like you've tried a reset after ?
Then its time to open a technical ticket.

HOw does this issue fixed, i am also having the same issue after several attempts of reset.
