Hello,
i habe already complained many times about my internet discinnection issue to you, but unfortuntely there seems to be no solution. This has become a daily process for me. The internet dosconnects all of a sudden and i have to remove the power plug and dsl plug wiat for a while and restart it quite many times a day and only after hours and hours of waiting i get a connection. This is really disturbing my professional life as i work from home most of the days. Why dont your team work on improving the quality of service rather than promoting me with your new offers which I'm not interested at all at The Moment.

Hello Andre,
thank you very much for your reply. After multiple attmepts to customer care call, and informing them that i had already received warnings from my boss, they arranged for a technicians appointment.

Hello Andre,
A technician has visited us today and found that the DSL cable was damaged due to repeated plugin and out as per your troubleshoot procedure whenever there is internet fault in the router since January. After replacing with a new cable the internet is back on and hope it stays undisturbed this time.
