I have the following situation - I have cable connection and Vodafone's router reboots every one-two hours, I can see it with it's LED status as well as I can see that device disappears from the network (cable and Wi-Fi), it does not save settings and resets every reboot to factory defaults.
I've tried to call support several times, but every time line hanged and calls were cancelled, I've tried to chat with bot - unfortunately, it does not understand questions regarding malfunction equipment.
How to contact support to request equipment replacement?

Have you tried a manual factory reset yet (keep the reset button pushed for at least 20 seconds)? If that does not work you can get support in English via WhatsApp, from the bot you repeatedly request a Kundenberater until you get forwarded to a human agent. Once that happened a response will take some time, it is no live chat and requests are handled in chronological order.

@Peter_Co Yes, I've tried factory reset. It didn't help. Looks like that some watchdog is triggered for unknown for me reason.
I suspect that SoC is overheated as the device restarts from time to time and internal flash is dying for some reason as it cannot save settings between reboots.

If you have the Vodafone Station as a router, it is known for overheating problems, though that usually happens in the summer. Make sure that it is placed afar from the heater, stands upright and has some open space around for air to circulate.

Yes, that's Vodafone Station (grey box with round stand). Now it stands on top of two 120mm fans, so it's cooled way better and works more stable (no reboots since then). That's quite odd as previous years it worked stable without cooling during any season.
Anyway, @Peter_Co thanks for your help!
